Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using HypercasualGames (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service is
HypercasualGames surfaces AI-ranked hypercasual game ideas for informational purposes. The ideas, scores, and signals are generated automatically and provided for inspiration only — they are not business, financial, legal, or investment advice, and we make no guarantee of their accuracy, originality, or fitness for any purpose.
3. Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person or entity, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service. In particular, do not use it unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, overload, bulk-scrape, or reverse-engineer it; infringe anyone’s rights; or extract its data to build a competing dataset.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its branding are ours. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Underlying source data remains the property of its respective owners.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by advertising — Google AdMob in the mobile app and Google AdSense on the web. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.
7. Availability
We provide the Service “as is” and “as available.” We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time and do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — which, for a free account, is zero.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
