Who we are
HypercasualGames (“we”, “us”) is a web and mobile app that turns hypercasual-gaming trends into concrete, buildable game ideas, each AI-ranked and grounded in web evidence. Questions about this policy or your data: [email protected].
Information we collect
- Account information. When you create an account we store your email address and a securely hashed password — never your password in plain text. We also record whether your email is verified and when the account was created.
- Ideas you save. The game ideas you star are saved to your account so you can find them again.
- Preferences. Your language choice (stored in a cookie) and, in the mobile app, your daily-digest notification setting, which stays on your device.
- Authentication cookie. A signed session cookie keeps you signed in.
- Technical & log data. Our servers and hosting provider may log your IP address and basic request metadata to run the service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
We do not use third-party analytics or behavioral-tracking SDKs.
Advertising
The website shows ads through Google AdSense and the mobile app through Google AdMob. These Google services use cookies and device identifiers (such as your advertising ID) to serve and measure ads, including — where permitted — personalized ads. Google’s handling of advertising data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and its Advertising policies. EEA/UK/Switzerland visitors are shown a consent choice before personalized ads load, and you can control ad personalization in your Google account and device settings.
How we use your information
To create and secure your account, verify your email, deliver the idea feed and your starred ideas, remember your preferences, show ads, and protect the service from abuse.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers needed to run the app — hosting, our email-delivery provider (for verification and password-reset messages), and the Google ad networks above — and where required by law.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your account data until you delete it. You can delete your account and everything tied to it — your starred ideas and any pending verification code — at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by emailing [email protected].
Security
Passwords are hashed, session cookies are signed, and we rate-limit sign-in and email sending. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
HypercasualGames is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
International users
Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
